Choosing your size

  • Use chest first if you are slim or athletic through the midsection.
  • Use waist/midsection first if you carry more around the belly.
  • Size up for a looser fit or extra sleeve room.

How to measure

  • Chest: fullest point under the arms.
  • Waist: around the belly button, not pant size.
  • Sleeve: center back neck to wrist over a bent elbow.

About the Unbrushed Flannel: Originally part of our Small Batch program, the unbrushed flannel has become a favorite casual fabric and added to our evergreen line.

It’s soft and durable, made from the same base as the more common brushed flannel but doesn’t have the same peachy texture. The look of a work shirt with the rich feel of the premium garment it is. 

Our roots are in the custom shirt world and our mission to create the ultimate shirt is guided by that history. Every Zip Fit shirt is imbued with the same qualities and standards and because we sell directly to our customers we can price them at half of what they would cost in a bricks and mortar store.

Our patented Zip Fit design was created with one goal in mind: to be the Best Fitted Shirt on the Planet.

We studied the archetypal male form to find the ideal ratio between shoulders, chest, waist and hips and built our shirt around it. The zipper evenly distributes any tension and allows you to wear a closer fitting shirt, without looking like you're busting out of it.
